Pauline Richards, a/k/a Janie Nard, pled guilty to one drug distribution count of an indictment charging her with six counts of distribution of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and four counts of using a telephone to facilitate a drug transaction, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b). She was sentenced to 84 months imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release. She appeals that sentence. We reverse...
