ELLIOTT, J.:

Jerrold Hinderliter (Jerrold) appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Barbara Doughty, Marsha Polansky, and Anita White (appellees). The trial court ruled that Glenn Hinderliter's (Glenn) intestate estate passed to appellees as well as to Jerrold.

We affirm.
