RALPH v. SEARS ROEBUCK & CO.

No. 270, September Term, 1994.

102 Md. App. 387 (1994)

ANNE M. RALPH v. SEARS ROEBUCK & COMPANY, ET AL.

Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

December 1, 1994.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Bruce M. Bender (Rena W. Heneghan and Van Grack, Axelson, Williamowsky & Jacobs, P.C., on the brief), Rockville, for appellant.

Allan H. Kittleman (Herwig & Humphreys, on the brief), Baltimore, for appellees.

Argued before ALPERT, WENNER and DAVIS, JJ.

ALPERT, Judge.

This appeal arises from a Workers' Compensation claim for permanent partial disability benefits resulting from injuries sustained by Calvin T. Ralph (claimant), the deceased spouse of appellant, Anne M. Ralph. The Workers' Compensation Commission denied permanent partial disability benefits to Mrs. Ralph, finding that claimant had not reached maximum medical improvement prior to his death from non-injury related causes.1
