James Judge appeals from the judgment of sentence entered on March 16, 1994. After a bench trial, appellant was sentenced to twelve to twenty-four months incarceration and fined $300.00 for violating 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3731(a)(4) (driving a motor vehicle while the amount of alcohol by weight in the blood . . . is .10% or greater).
