MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes before the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a).1 The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America, and its Local 2194 appeal from the April 6, 1994 order of the United States Bankruptcy Court of this District which denied the Union's motion under 11 U.S.C. § 1113(f)
