American Savings Bank ("American Savings") filed a dischargeability complaint against the Debtor, Steven Frank Harvey, and brought the action to trial. The bankruptcy court entered a judgment in favor of the Debtor and awarded him attorney's fees pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(d)3.
