This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered against John Reed. A jury convicted him of indecent assault and corruption of minors, and acquitted him of attempted rape. He contends that the trial court violated his confrontation rights by severely limiting his cross-examination of the victim. He also claims that he should have been permitted to impeach the victim regarding her past sexual conduct. After a careful consideration of the issues...
