In exchange for the dismissal of charges of conspiracy to commit larceny over $100 and of being a fourth-offense habitual offender, defendant pleaded guilty of larceny over $100, MCL 750.356; MSA 28.588, and of being a third-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.11; MSA 28.1083.
