The Carroll County Drug Task Force (the Task Force) searched the home of a locally notorious advocate of marijuana legalization, Pamela Snowhite Davis, appellant. The harvest of that search led to appellant's indictment for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and maintaining a common nuisance.
