This case arises out of an appeal by the petitioners, Public Service Water Company, MPW Utilities Inc., Upland Water Company, and Upland Sewer Company, to this court's decision on December 14, 1993, which denied their objections and exceptions to the confirmation of sale of petitioners' property included in the sheriff's sale.
