This is an appeal from a judgment convicting Tony M. Turner of three counts of firstdegree sexual assault of a child and from an order denying postconviction relief. Turner asserts that because two jurors were hearing impaired and did not hear some of the testimony of two children, he was denied the right to an impartial jury and the right to a unanimous jury verdict.
