The issue is whether Arizona's recreational use statute, A.R.S. section 33-1551, immunizes Appellee Salt River Recreation, Inc. ("SRR") from liability to Appellant Grezegorz Stramka for personal injuries he received while floating the Salt River in an inner tube rented from SRR.
