LANDAU, J.

The defendant appeals from the decision of the trial court granting the plaintiff's motion to modify the pendente lite order of custody of the parties' minor child. The defendant claims that the trial court improperly conducted a hearing on the plaintiffs motion to modify custody (1) without the minor child's court-appointed counsel present, and (2) without providing the defendant reasonable notice in violation of her due process rights.
