The plaintiff, Samuel Packtor, and the intervening plaintiff, Stop & Shop Companies, each appeals from the judgment rendered following the trial court's granting of two separate motions for summary judgment1 filed by the defendant J.M.H. Associates.2 We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
