PER CURIAM.

This case involves a claim of unlawful discrimination, and stems from defendants' decision to terminate plaintiff from its employ. The trial court granted summary disposition in favor of defendants pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(8); plaintiff appeals as of right. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
