This is an appeal of the dismissal of a complaint against corporate officers asserting liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601-9657 (CERCLA). The complaint alleged responsibility for a waste spill on the corporate premises.
