Charles Kennedy was convicted of being party to numerous crimes all arising out of the theft of a 1972 AMC Javelin. On appeal, Kennedy argues that the trial court misused its discretion when it imposed restitution for repair costs that were impracticable and for a total amount greater than the value of the vehicle as determined by the jury.
