Keith Gibb appeals the district court's1 entry of summary judgment in favor of World Book on Gibb's claim that World Book breached an employment contract. He also appeals the court's summary judgment in favor of John Scott on Gibb's claim that Scott tortiously interfered with his legitimate business expectations. We affirm the district court.
