Cooper Tire & Rubber Company brought suit on a commercial account against B & C Tire & Battery, Inc., Bobby Franklin, and Lamonta Franklin. Cooper alleged that B & C owed $353,006.07 on the account and that the Franklins were personally liable for that amount under the terms of a guaranty agreement.
