Larry Gene Campbell, a 49-year-old sheet metal worker, sustained a serious back injury when he fell from a high beam while installing skylights. He received medical and wage loss benefits pursuant to Minnesota workers' compensation law of $391 per week beginning on October 28, 1988, and continuing until October 23, 1989.
