Abel Mafanya, whose true name is Tosin Fred Adegbuji, appeals from a judgment of conviction entered in November 1993 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Pierre N. Leval, J. Appellant had pleaded guilty to use of an unauthorized access device in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a). The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in imposing a two-level enhancement for obstruction of justice...
