Willie Hudson drove a dump truck that collided with an automobile driven by Rhonda Murray. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company insured Murray. State Farm sued Hudson, seeking subrogation for money it allegedly paid to cover damage to, and loss of use of, Murray's car.
