JOHNSON, Judge.

Willie J. Henderson was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and carrying a concealed weapon. Henderson filed a motion to suppress, claiming the arresting officer lacked probable cause to arrest him and search his car. The trial court granted Henderson's motion. The state appeals.
