Statement of the Case

Defendant Carlo Rene Campbell appeals from a judgment entered after a jury convicted him of attempted robbery and attempted murder and also found that he personally used a firearm to commit these offenses. (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 211, 664, 12022.5, subd. (a).)
