LaROCQUE, J.

The First National Bank of Glenwood appeals a judgment for money damages. The trial court held the bank liable to the plaintiffs on theories of breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and negligence and ordered the bank to pay the cost of replacing the septic system on the plaintiffs' property. We conclude that the plaintiffs' claims fail and reverse.
