(SAS) and The Brewery Products Company (BPC) have filed consolidated appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County (trial court) granting the petitions for forfeiture filed by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement (BLCE) of SAS' 1982 Peterbilt Tractor and 1969 Fruehauf refrigerated trailer and BPC's 1983 Ford pick-up truck.
