In a petition filed in this Court on April 19, 1993, the Attorney Grievance Commission charged Jeffrey Thomas Joehl, the respondent, a member of the Bars of this State and of the District of Columbia, with professional misconduct. The allegations arose primarily out of certain representations and omissions made by Joehl in connection with his application for admission to the Bar of this State.
