The above captioned matter is an appeal from final orders of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming in Bankruptcy Case No. 88-05343-B. Appellant filed Notices of Appeal on March 19, 1990, and April 3, 1990, challenging the bankruptcy court's decisions dismissing the case and denying appellant's motion to convert to chapter 12.
