PER CURIAM.

Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of fourth-degree child abuse, MCL 750.136b(5); MSA 28.331(2)(5), for abusing his four-year-old son. Defendant was sentenced to serve 120 days in jail. The trial court also placed defendant on probation for a period of eighteen months. Defendant now appeals as of right. We affirm.
