The petitioner appeals from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his habeas corpus petition. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the habeas court improperly determined that the sentencing court did not violate Practice Book § 6981 when it rejected the plea agreement between the petitioner and the prosecutor. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
