This appeal presents two issues for our consideration. The first issue is whether the commission's order denying appellee's claim for permanent total disability compensation satisfies the requirements of Noll, supra. The second issue is whether the court of appeals abused its discretion by ordering the commission to enter a finding that appellee is permanently and totally disabled.
