Valerie Jane Wylie (Wylie) appeals1 an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) dismissing her appeal of a 90 day suspension of her driver's license by the Department of Transportation (Department) pursuant to Section 13(m) of the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act (Act), 35 P.S. § 780-113(m).
