Petitioner, decedent's third wife, appeals as of right from the probate court's determination that respondent, decedent's second wife, was decedent's lawful wife at the time of his death and was therefore his rightful heir. Decedent's first wife was not part of these proceedings. The parties do not appeal the probate court's determination that petitioner's son with decedent, who was born a year before their alleged marriage, was also decedent's lawful...
