Anthony White appeals the trial court's orders allowing Beneficial Mortgage Company (Beneficial) to intervene in his creditor's execution proceedings against Stephen L. Pedersen, and quashing the execution because the judgment had not attached to Pedersen's homestead property. We reverse, holding that a lien on the excess value of homestead property commences when a judgment is recorded in the county where the property is located, and such a lien survives...
