Donald Bryant appeals from the judgment and sentence entered following his conviction of theft in the first degree by welfare fraud. The appeal was stayed pending the Supreme Court's decision in State v. Greenwood, 120 Wn.2d 585, 845 P.2d 971 (1993). Bryant's conviction is affirmed.
