The appellant, Cool Light Company, Inc. ("Cool Light"), asks for relief from an adverse judgment, Fed.R.Civ.P. 60(b)(6), on the ground that Judge McNaught, the judge who initially tried this case, was prejudiced — or, at least, gave the appearance of prejudice — against it. 28 U.S.C. § 455(a), (b).
