Herbert Lindo appeals his jury conviction for unlawful sale of unregistered securities in interstate commerce. Lindo contends that the district court erred in failing to instruct the jury on a "good faith reliance on counsel" defense, that the evidence introduced at trial was insufficient to support his convictions, and that the court abused its discretion in denying his motion for a new trial.
