David C. Bewley appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska sentencing him to 14 months imprisonment and 27 months supervised release, following revocation of his supervised release. For reversal, Bewley argues the district court erred in sentencing him to a combined term of imprisonment and additional supervised release that was longer than his original term of supervised release...
