Plaintiff Steve Blakely filed this suit on behalf of his daughter, Dawn Blakely, who was injured after falling off a cliff on property owned by the defendant Catholic Diocese of Belleville ("Diocese"). The complaint alleges that the Diocese was negligent in failing to properly guard the cliff and warn of its danger.
