Larry Stewart, plaintiff and trustee for Union Security Mortgage Company ("debtor"), appeals the district court's reversal of the bankruptcy court's order that voided the assignment of a note and deed of trust to defendant, East Tennessee Title Insurance Agency, Inc. ("ETT"). Because we conclude that debtor had an equitable interest in the note and deed of trust at the time it assigned them to ETT, we agree with the bankruptcy court that the assignment...
