Creditor commenced an adversary proceeding seeking to except from discharge a debt arising from a state court judgment against the debtor for sex discrimination and willful withholding of wages under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6)2. The bankruptcy court ruled that the judgment debt was nondischargeable and awarded the creditor attorney's fees incurred in prosecution of the adversary proceeding...
