This is a mortgage foreclosure action in which the plaintiffs appeal from the judgment denying them relief. The plaintiffs are Century Mortgage Co., Inc. (Century), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac). The plaintiffs claim that the trial court (1) improperly refused to order foreclosure of the mortgage and (2) improperly refused to enforce the mortgage note. We affirm the judgment...
