On November 15, 1993, Art Ackerson (Ackerson) filed an involuntary bankruptcy petition against Runaway II, Inc. (Runaway), a Missouri corporation, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 303 (1993). Runaway and Wayne Royal (Royal) filed a motion to dismiss. The Court held a hearing on the involuntary petition and the motion to dismiss on January 20, 1994.
