The appellant, James Buchanan, appeals his conviction by a jury of a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.

The evidence viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict shows that on September 23, 1993, Ernest Bonapart, a narcotics agent, drove his undercover vehicle in an area of Clayton County known for its high distribution of crack cocaine.
