David and Diane Blancett-Maddock (objectors) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) which affirmed the decision of the Pittsburgh Zoning Board of Adjustment (Board) granting a special exception for the use of a portion of the subject property as a laundromat.
