In United States v. Smaw, 993 F.2d 902 (D.C.Cir.1993), we vacated the original sentence of Sheila K. Smaw for violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1029 & 1341, and remanded for determination of whether her sentence had properly been enhanced for "abuse of position of trust" under § 3B1.3 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines...
