This case arises out of a dispute in the interpretation of the consecutive sentencing statutes as they apply to parolees. In No. 157780, defendant Gregory Young appeals as of right following a resentencing at which he was sentenced to 42 to 120 months' imprisonment for a conviction of breaking and entering an unoccupied dwelling. His sentence is to be served consecutively to his sentence for a prior armed robbery conviction. In Nos. 161307 and 161438...
