MEMORANDUM OPINION

HORTON, J.

The plaintiff, William J. Cunningham, appeals from a defendant's verdict in this personal injury action. The main issue on appeal is whether the Superior Court (Groff, J.) erred in finding that the jury was unanimous. We affirm.
