Daniel Smith, plaintiff, brought this action against Massey-Ferguson, Inc., (Massey-Ferguson) the manufacturer of a combine; Dean Stroberg, his employer and owner of the combine; and David Stroberg (Stroberg), the son of Dean Stroberg.
