On March 3, 1989, General Electric Capital Corporation, ("GECC"), leased a Piper Cheyenne 400LS aircraft to Care Flight Air Ambulance Service, Inc. ("Care Flight"). The lease prohibited Care Flight from subleasing the aircraft without GECC's consent, and required Care Flight to insure the plane.
